Everything I’ve ordered from FreePrints has been awesome! It’s easy to use the website and always ships beautifully!

The photo book was ok. However the shipping charge was too much for the small photo book.

Downloaded app with skepticism as I assumed it was too good to be true and the offers were going to be wrought with excessive fees. I was VERY wrong! Great deals, quick shipping and quality products.

I am very disappointed in the book it’s brand new and all ready falling apart plus it was only a four by four and it’s so small you can’t see the pictures

This is an easy app to use!

We’ve used this app for a few “coffee table” books for trips we’ve taken or projects and used the book as a before/after. The initial getting started can be slow because you have to hunt through pictures on your phone. I recommend moving the whole group to a folder and then just sharing that folder with the app so you don’t have to search through the thousands or share the thousands of photos on your phone. The customization was easy and quality of the books are fantastic. The shipping and delivery take the full time it shows in your checkout cart so be sure to give yourself enough time if you’re doing it as a gift. They do offer a rush shipping if you’re like me and forget to do it till last minute as a gift.

Every photo chosen and beautifully displayed in books to be gifted to my 3 lifelong friends. Quality is A+. I just can’t wait to give them when I visit the UK in April.

I recently made my free monthly Photobooks for the month of March. I got a notification saying that it was delivered and it had in fact not. So I went onto contact customer service they were very nice they said they would send me a new one out right away. Something told me to go onto the tracking and the First book was delivered to a completely different city than where I live so someone in Lancaster PA got my Photobook with my grandson photos! So it definitely was not the mail carrier issue becsuse that was not the address that I’ve used for my orders ever! Very glad that I had indeed did get my second photo book that they said they would send to me. Free of charge of course!

My mom never received the book I sent her!!!

I thought I was ordering a book just like my last one…pictures of my former beloved dog. Instead of a beautiful hard cover book I received a much smaller soft cover. I don’t know what I did wrong and I’m disappointed.

It is so easy to create!! So many options, designs, colors and fonts to choose from for all of your creative ideas!

My go to app for photos

I’m never ordering from this apps again. I have waited over two months for my photo book and this long of a wait for One simple photo book is ridiculous. You are better off looking into another app for your photos. Customer service is not helpful either . Thanks for stealing my money.

I’ve been using FreePrints since 2016 and still to this day have no complaints! I recommend it to anyone that I can any chance that I get. I’ve had very few issues with orders over the years but anytime there is one their customer service has been incredibly helpful and always left me feeling satisfied with their solution.

I have ordered from this company many times making and ordering books for my Grandson. The last two orders have had mistakes. One had a misprint on front cover and the one I just received had a page zoomed in so big that most of it was missing. They did reprint and send me corrected copies last time. Now they say they can’t reprint it. I have to reorder again (which means they can reprint it). I have submitted pictures both times showing their mistakes. These have been gifts so it’s very frustrating and time-consuming to have this happen again!!!

Loved the finished project. Made a book for my daughter highlighting a couple of trips we took.

Got my 1st book & man it’s amazing!! It was exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to do my next one. Thanks for the books. I would purchase their photobooks over all the others that are out there. Kudos!

Love my photo book but don’t understand why the first page has two pictures as there is one more page that could have been used. I separated those 2 pictures twice. I guess the changes were not made.

I have recommended free prints to so many family and friends. Lately, I have been disappointed in a couple of areas. In the past, I would start a photo book and add to it during my trip or event. Unfortunately, I no longer do that because on several occasions my book in progress was gone as in nonexistent as if I never even started it. On one occasion I contacted Free Prints and was told it happens and it could not be recovered. Another problem that I have had that has happened on more that one occasion is failure to send the items I have paid for specifically the photo boxes. I pay the money for them and they don’t get included. I like to order one with each batch of photos I order which use to be monthly if not more. I did contact FreePrints and had one sent but the conversation had undertones that I was not truthful in my report. They did send a box but the next time it happened I just let it go. Historically, I have lived this company. Given my current interactions with them and the repeated loss of data, I barely use them and have started using other apps for my photo printing needs.

My book is fabulous! The pictures are so clear and amazing details!! I am one Happy Coustomer!!

I ordered my photos book on January 22, told it would arrive on the 28th. It’s now the E.o.d on the 28th and still no photos. I reach out to the support chat just to find out my order was delayed!! I was NEVER!! notified that my order would even be delayed until I asked. Then upon my chat with the agent they told me there nothing they can do until February 2nd, unfortunately for me this photo book was a birthday gift that now I won’t be able to give. Poor communication also I have tracking and that wasn’t helpful either

I’ve been extremely happy with every beautiful book that’s been created! Thank you for your great work! I would recommend for everyone to order a photo book of their family photos. I’ve never been disappointed in doing so. What a treasure!!

Wished my arrived photobook was in better shape. My recommendation photobook should have in seal plastic bag then in shipping cart board. My got damaged due to the cold and wet weather during transit so most of my photo pages are warp and wrinkle. Shipping time was horrible long time like closed to 10 days.

My book came the page is stuck together. I want this book replaced ASAP please and thank you.

I was suppose to get a renewal canvas picture because I one that was done was very blurry so I was told I would get another one for free I have never received it…Why.. I sent the pictlike I was told too…please let me know…

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Even though you save your project, if you get a new device, you lose EVERYTHING. I was making a photo book for the entire year of 2024. Sadly, I damaged my phone in December. I got a new one, transferred everything from iCloud, even this terrible app. Opened my project to finish and purchase my book. My project was there, but the pages were EMPTY. Captions were there, designs were there, but NO PHOTOS. I contacted them and they said that photos could not transfer to new devices! WHAT?! Why even make an account! I’m so heartbroken. All my family photos over the year, gone. Luckily they are still on my phone, but I have to start over. Definitely with a NEW company, in the USA. With a contact phone number. These people are in china, no contact number, and only email back HOURS later. NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve been on the help site all day trying to get a page in my book corrected. The page comes out good in the preview until it’s sent on and then the page that needed to be fixed by the printer is still not fixed. I’ve ordered and canceled 4 x today. I give up.

I’ve been using free prints photo books for many years. It helps me connect those who live far away.

Best way to keep family memories. And when I vacation with someone I make a book for them as a way to thank them for the memories! They love it

Order never shipped ? I tried emailing support twice haven’t gotten back to me on a tracking number or anything still says printing after already purchased last week starting not to like this app

Don’t believe the “be there by”. Told me it’d be here by Christmas and didn’t arrive until right before New Year’s Eve. The book looks great but make sure to plan more than 2 weeks ahead.

Easy and convent way to make a book forb yourself and others

I am not happy with this company. I ordered a photo book. Was suppose to be free. It was not then I paid to have it sent by Christmas and the book still has not come. A 2nd book was also ordered and has not come. They will not refund any money at all. I have emails that told me that. Now I am getting emails that say they are delayed. Now not coming until after the first of the year. I have tried to contact them. They will not do anything for me. Very frustrated. Be careful when using this app. Am canceling it.
